My coffee addiction

My coffee of choice at home lately has been one of two brands.  One is relatively expensive - Kicking Horse,  while the other is relatively inexpensive - Maxwell House.

Don't let the brand name Maxwell House fool you.  They have changed things up and this is a GREAT coffee for the price.  They have many different kinds and I have tried almost all of them.  Original Roast, Rich Dark Roast, De-calf, and Half-Calf.  Two of my favorite Maxwell House blends have to be French Vanilla and Hazelnut.  I love my flavored java!  The cans come with very nice pop top lids as well.  Do yourself a favor.  Save yourself some money sometime and try it.  I doubt you'll be sorry.

 

Now for the expensive one.  The brand I'm sure some of you are familiar with.  Kicking Horse Coffee.  They also have many blends but the only one I have tried and very much like is called Kick Ass.  Yup, that's what it's called.  No typo.  It's a certified organic dark coffee with a very unique flavor of which I have come to love very much over the past few months.  This coffee comes in "bean" format so you will need a coffee grinder to enjoy a cup of this Joe.

Roll Up The Rim To Win

If you're a fan of Tim Horton's at all then you already know it's that time again. What I didn't know is that you can also enter online once a day without purchasing said coffee. Might as well try and better my chances. It says 1 in 9 chance of winning on the cups but I sure haven't had any luck the last few contests. Check it out.

Useless Information

Long weekends should be mandatory. The extra day off seems like a God send but I guess if it were common place we'd be looking for that elusive fourth day off. Rarely are we satisfied. At this moment however, I am enjoying my 3rd day off and happily sipping my morning java. *s*

Addiction

Let me introduce myself. My name is Teddy and I'm addicted to coffee. There. I said it. I love the stuff. I don't have any real preference. Any bean will do. I can thoroughly enjoy a cafeteria coffee just as much as that four dollar Latte at Starbucks. I love everything about the stuff. The taste, the smell, the feeling it gives me. I try to limit my intake to two cups a day. Sometimes it's more but very rarely is it less. I enjoy it with milk or cream and on some rare occasions a dash of sugar if I'm craving something sweet.
