EA has finally announced plans for Rock Band on the Nintendo Wii console. No definate release date yet. As of today Rock Band is only available for Xbox and PS3.Rock Band allows players to perform in virtual “bands” by providing up to four players with the ability to play three different peripherals modelled after music instruments (a guitar peripheral for lead guitar and bass guitar gameplay, a drum peripheral, and a microphone). These are used to simulate the playing of rock music by hitting scrolling notes on-screen.
That spells "fun" in my books! Bring it on EA...the sooner the better for me!!!
