Could War Be Invisible?

Cloaking technology has been around for a bit now...and I am completely fascinated by it. To have the ability to make something SEEM like it's not there is pretty incredible. There is an invisible cloak that you can wear and now the US Army is manipulating light to hide tanks from it's enemy. Pretty damn cool if you ask me. Manipulate light you say???
